RESIDENCIES

SCPA's Artist-in-Residency programs last from one to two weeks, Monday through Friday. Every student from K-5 is able to share in this experience depending on the flexibility of the schools schedule. However, traditionally it is the "Rites Of Passage" for the highest grade level  to receive the most information by offering students hands-on instruction and participation in drumming, dancing, and singing 2-3 times a week prior to ending in a high-energy student performance that engage, entertain, and inspire your entire school. 

LOGISTICS:

• Residency includes approximately 6-7 hours of instruction per day, Monday through Friday, plus final show(s) on Friday.

• Workshops are scheduled from 40-60 minutes long

•  Each workshop group/class may have one or multiple workshops, depending on the school size and performance goals.

• Set-up time required: 1.5 hours; Tear-down time: 1 hour
