Principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math, a highly interactive science of sound experience. Students will discover how different shapes, sizes, and materials affect drum sound.

Assembling a genuine African Djembe is a hands on experience that teaches students teamwork, patience, perseverance and respect for their instruments. It is a great reward to know you have made it! 

Students will work with a drum shell, goat skin, rope and rings, then are led through the stages of preparation, roping, skinning, tuning and finishing.
